This black velvet evening gown has an incredible illusion neckline. Pencil dress style is extra long for an elegant, tall silhouette. The shoulders, sleeves and peplum are semi sheer, mesh type material, and have black velvet polka dot appliques, trim and button cuffs. The body of the dress is black velvet and fully lined in silk. The velvet it high quality, likely silk as well. The dress is slim, column style and extra long. There is a slit at the back of the skirt. The interior of the dress as a waist tape for support. This is a really lovely formal evening dress.
